Ramadan good-deeds tracker
Thirty small, kind, practical deeds that a young child can do with you, one for each day of Ramadan: setting the iftar table, sharing a snack, calling a grandparent, giving a coin to the charity jar. Print the poster for the fridge and color a lantern for every deed, or tick them off below on your phone.
Print it
Print the poster in US Letter or A4 and stick it where the family eats, at a child's eye level.
One deed a day
Read the day's deed together in the morning or at iftar, and talk about how to do it.
Color the lantern
When it's done, your child colors that day's lantern. Praise the effort, not just the result.

For parents & teachers
Making it work at every age
Ages 3 to 4
Do every deed together and let your child do the coloring. Five or six deeds in a month is a lovely start.
Ages 5 to 6
Read the deed aloud and let them choose when to do it. Talk at bedtime about how it felt.
Ages 7 and up
They can read the poster themselves, plan ahead and suggest their own deed on a busy day.
Missed a day? Swap deeds around, do two tomorrow, or let your child invent one. The point is a month of small kindnesses that feel happy, never a chart to fall behind on.
